This update simply removes most of the functionality of the plugin. The only thing of use after you install it is the ability to set the number of revisions for post and page individually and without modifying any code manually.
You can get that much function with a variety of simpler plugins like WP Revision Control
Not sure why all the function like deleting revisions was removed, but at this point, this plugin update is a waste. Keep the earlier version if you have it.

    Hi,

Sorry about that, Version 2.2 was not supposed to be released quite yet, as can be seen by all the issues, for some reason, WordPress.org accidentally released my development branch.
I’m working on a updated version (Which was 2.2, but will now be 3.0) which moves it inline with WordPress 3.6’s revision manager.

Although the existing Deletion code has been removed, that functionality will still be available, just through the revisions viewer directly, rather than through the revisions table on the post screen (which is going to be removed from WordPress as well at some point soon).

Version 2.3 has been released which restores the plugin to version 2.1’s behaviour.
