Registered users bulk management

    Hi,

    I’m using the most recent Subscribe 2 plugin with WP 3.6. Doing some testing and would like not to send test emails to the registered users. I see that I can ‘unsubscribe’ all of the registered users. But I also see this message:

    Bulk Management
    Preferences for Registered Users selected in the filter above can be changed using this section.
    Consider User Privacy as changes cannot be undone

    Does this mean that once I unsubscribe them, I can go back in and subscribe them again?
