Restrict content

Hallo,

I would like to use this code as you describe in “shortcode” help section, to show a form only if a meta key has a value…. like that:

[useraccess json='{“conferma”:”Si”}’ message=”-“]
[gravityform id=”4″ name=”update user” ajax=”true”]
[/useraccess]

but that show the code just as text:

[gravityform id=”4″ name=”update user” ajax=”true”]

and not the form behind the shortcode gravity form…

How can I do?
