Cannot update one of my sites to newest WordPress version

    One of my sites has continuted updating just fine, but with the other I have not been able to upgrade to 3.5.2 or 3.6. Below is the error message I receive. Can anyone help?

    Could not copy files.

    seems to be a permission issue. Have you discussed with your hosting provider?

    This is a server/permissions issue. Have you spoken to your hosts about it?

    I had a same issue. contact your web hosting provider for help. they should make some changes for you and could update wordpress version.
