Header / Footer Background Image Issue

    Hi all!

    Im having an issue with a WordPress site.

    Everything is displayed correctly on a full size screen, but there is an issue on mobile devices.

    The background images set for the header and footer seem to only span 1/4 of the width instead of 100% width when viewed on a mobile device / small window.

    Please help!
