Customizr theme – post formats are messy

Really like the Customizr front end with Slider et al. But the posts below are all over the place. There is no consistent placement of images, and way too much white space. Is there some way to create order in the chaos, with for example, all images lined up to the left, with the post summary neatly placed next to that.
On the iPad, the mess is even worse.
