WordPress-SEO: SEO template will not open on Pages

    All pages on the website show the WordPress-SEO header, put the template will not open to add content. At the same time, the wordpress screen options screen will not open up.
    The wordpress-seo template is fine on all post and custom post pages.

    I have not disabled other plugins to see if the problem is compatibility with one of the others, I have just reverted to an older version of wordpress-seo until I have time to investigate further.
