Hi, I’m trying to use the jetpack contact form on a static page. Eaxh time I hit the Add Contact Form button, I’m getting this error: ” 403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!”

I’m using the Fundify Theme, if that helps at all.

Is this an issue with Jetpack or with my server?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Try Deactivating all your plugins except Jetpack, and switch to the default Twenty Twelve theme. If that fixes it then activate your plugins one by one to find the plugin with the problem. If you activate all your plugins and the problem is still there then switch to your Fundify Theme. If the problem is still there then you should contact your host.

What version of jetpack are you using?

    What is your blog URL?

@mmlarche The steps described by @websiteguy will indeed help you to find out if the problem is caused by a theme or plugin conflict.
When deactivating your plugins, you will want to start with caching plugins, as they may be what’s causing the issue here.

If that doesn’t help, could you post a link to your contact form here so we can have a look?

Thanks, everyone for your help. I tried deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Twelve theme, and I’m still having the problem. My website is immigrationfunds.com. It’s still new, so I don’t have any existing contact forms to link to.

Looks like I might need to follow up with my hosting company next.

    Thanks again!

Thanks – the problem was with the web host and not with jetpack. Thanks for the great support!
