 * Permission issue
    Seems one of the files needed for backup process doesn’t have
   a writable permission. The file can be found in the wp-content/uploads directory,
   backup-guard folder. You should give full permission (777) to that directory.
 * If you still face a problem after giving the mentioned permission, please, contact
   our support team with the detailed description of your problem.
