how to get mediaelements fullscreen

the mediaelement.js fullscreen is not working with 2.10.3 and wordpress 3.6 in ie and firefox.

i replaced the files in the mediaelement folder with the build files from the actual distribution from http://mediaelementjs.com/ (2.13.1)

and everything works.
