If the sites are not on the same domain you need the pro version (See in the settings of the advanced iframe plugin for details) of this plugin. there you can show only a part of a website even when it is on a different domain. This work fine if the chatbox has a fixed size.

I can buy, please write code. I don’t understand codes 🙁
Codes?
You simply have to include a shortcode like
[advanced_ iframe securitykey=”Your security key”]
to your page. And then you can set everything in the settings.
Some examples: http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-faq

[advanced_iframe securitykey=”MYCODE” src=”http://trdebrid.net/en/cevir.html” width=”100%” height=”1500″ scrolling=”no” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ content_id=”???” content_styles=”???” hide_elements=”???” iframe_hide_elements=”???” onload_show_element_only=”???“]
I can make only showing chatbox.

What you want is NOT possible with the free version.

Please write code for PRO version.
The code is still
[advanced_iframe securitykey=”Your security key”]
and you can set everything nicely in the settings.
If you want to set this with shortcodes you can use:
[advanced_ iframe securitykey=”Your security key” show_part_of_iframe=”true” show_part_of_iframe_x=”600″ show_part_of_iframe_y=”100″ show_part_of_iframe_width=”300″ show_part_of_iframe_height=”800″]
But this is also documented in the pro version.
Hi,
I just bought the pro version and would really appreciate having the shortcodes for the frmSearchMSD of the following page:
http://www.ibba.org/resources/directory
Also for the result of any search displayed right below in:
http://www.ibba.org/resources/directory?option=com_msd&view=searchs
That would be really, really, cool!
Please see
http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-faq
If you have 2 iframes on one page make sure to have different id’s set and that the default in the settings apply to both. so it is best to configure the settings you want in the shortcode.
[advanced_ iframe securitykey=”Your security key” id=”frame1″ src=”http://www.ibba.org/resources/directory”%5D
[advanced_ iframe securitykey=”Your security key” id=”frame2″ src=”http://www.ibba.org/resources/directory?option=com_msd&view=searchs”%5D
Best, Michael
Thank you, Michael.
Quick question. Is there an easy way to isolate only one div or item? Or it is just a matter of playing with the x and y?
I really would like to get only the form called frmSearchMSD.
Again, thanks for the tip to handle both divs in the same page, much appreciated.
