Need avatar resize in admin bar

I have installed Nextend Facebook Connect on my blog. The problem is that the avatar user is displayed too big in wp admin bar, into the wp-admin area (top of the page, at right). That seems to be because the Juiz Smart Mobile Admin. What I can do? The avatar is too big, have the img alt=”Action : ” and is placed in form id juiz_admin_bar, into an label. And when I access the wp-admin area by the PC browser, I have that problem, not only by mobile. You can register on my blog to see the problem – http://fb.infox24.tk .
