Short code [directory form="12" field id 15="yes"] ??

    This should be simple but it doesn’t work. I could upgrade my version of WP but I am afraid that this plugin will stop working all together.

    I have a form and the Directory outputs perfectly but now I want to output the same information on another page on the site but only the Field ID 15 which happens to be a checkbox. I want only the entries that have the checkbox =”yes”.

    I tried this. [directory form=”12″ field id 15=”yes”]
    It doesn’t work.
    I also tried many other variations including [directory form=”12″ Field ID=”15″ value=”yes”]

    A short code solution has got to be out there… maybe a script. It seems to me it should be simple and logical.
    Truly grateful for any help.
