Pages not showing on header

At the top on the front page of my blog on a menu bar are all pages showing except three, no matter what I do these three pages do not show up. The pages are on blog. I need that the page names show, like the rest of the page names do.
Here is the blog. you see 17 names direct under the header, it should be 20 showing here.
