Load comments asynchronously on scroll?

    Hi Jan,

    I’m constantly amazed at how great you keep making this plugin.

    I have the setting checked for Load comments asynchronously with secondary AJAX request if more than the specified number of comments exist. Leave empty to disable this feature. which works great.

    The thing is, when you load the page, even while at the top, it loads the comments in.

    Is there a way to only load the comments when the user has scrolled down to your comments section?
