I am using the latest Pro version, and the lightbox works only on the desktop if I don’t upgrade 2.07 to the latest 2.0.11 beta. With the beta I lose all lightbox functions & have to redeploy the site from it’s local 2.07 state (rolling back from 2.0.11 to 2.07 doesn’t fix the lightbox on the server install). On the mobile (iOS & Android), I get no pro lightbox effect at all. I know it is supposed to work because the pro lightbox works on your site.
@nahumski: I’m assuming you are just using NextGEN Gallery (not Pro). A few thoughts: first, are you using a caching plugin? If so, can you try deactivating it? If it’s Super Cache, you may also need to delete it or find the wp-config file in your main WordPress folder and comment out the lines Super Cache adds there by adding // to the beginning of those lines.
Beyond that, if you are comfortable with FTP, can you try downloading our latest informal release and updating your files:

@raidesign: it sounds like your issue is specifically with the Pro Lightobx. Per the forum rules here, the forums are just for the free version. Can you login at http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/login and send a support email from there with your issue?
We have tested the Pro Lightbox again 2.0.11 and it’s working on all our test instances, so I suspect there’s something specific going on there.
That’s correct – I’m using the free version for now. I’m not using a caching program. I’ve applied your latest informal release 2.0.11, but there is still no lightbox.
@photocrati I have sent a number of pro support emails for various issues & submitted bug reports with login credentials as well. I’ve only had 1 reply back with the 2.0.11 beta linked. I will submit another on this specific issue again. :-/
