The plugin is still working on 3.6.1 🙂 You just have to change the CSS in the third-column.php’s file. (or directly in edit-form-advanced.php)
The structure of the edit-form has changed (#post #post-body).

I apologise for the delay. I’ve published a major new version of this that should work on new versions of WordPress.
Because WordPress doesn’t naturally support this functionality, this plugin has to fiddle with some very messy internals to do its job. Sadly that means it’s vulnerable to changes within the WordPress code.
