When i click on tags in tag cloud it shows not found. But the tags which are same as category shows the articles linked to it.
Check your archive.php file
First look at the original archive.php file and check with your archive.php file in your Child Theme (if you created one)
Your archive for Tag is not working properly.

I solved it myself. Changed the tag base /. to tag or whatever you like.
