dreamhost – already installed error

    Hi-

    I get the following error:

    “You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.”

    I had deleted the location in the admin area for the blog to empty and then got this.

    I need to change it to:
    http://www.domainname.com/test/

    It was:
    http://www.domainname.com/

    But now I can’t get into admin in order to do it. I get the error I mentioned earlier.

    How do I change that value?
