    Everything’s working now. Problem was Mandrill. My IP was blacklisted (so really the problem was me 😉 ) so they put my account on hold temporarily.

    how did you find out your ip was blacklisted? I am receiving the same message as the one your described.

    I was using an encrypted tunnel over public wifi. Service rep confirmed that this was probably the cause.
