Minor amendment of JS src in document head

I was actually looking into something else when I spotted
http://localhost/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/bxslider-integration//scripts/jquery.bxslider.min.js?ver=3.6

It all works of course, but you might consider rolling this correction into your next release.
