Cannot Perform Any Tasks in WordPress

    I really need some support with our site socal3dsoftball.com/

    I’m unable to do anything as it keeps timing out no matter where I click within the WordPress dashboard. I can usually get to the WordPress dashboard but that is as far as I can go. It errors out every time I click anywhere. It states “page cannot be displayed.”

    I have cleared my C&C’s and attempted in IE, FireFox and Chrome. I really need to update our website so I really need some assistance on this as quick as possible.

    log in to your site from admin page from your web hosting control panel. It should take to you right on your dashboard page.

    Disable plug ins if you have recently installed. They might cause this problem.

    If you still can’t access it, you need to contact your webhosting provider or you can delete your wordpress script and install it again if it is a new website and you can build it again easily.

    Hi Mchelles,

    I can’t even get that far before it errors out. The farthest I can get is to the Dashboard, from there all actions error out. I will try if I can ever make it that far.

    I would try deleting the plugin via ftp and see if that helps at all. I wasn’t aware of the issues with GoDaddy…for that the only real workaround would be to go to a different webhost.
