Thanks for your reply and the link, but I don’t believe that is the information I’m looking for.
I used to have (in pre-2.3.2 versions) page numbers at the bottom of my index pages. It is no longer there in 2.3.2 on my front page, though it appears at the bottom of search results pages (see “« Previous results § More results »” at the bottom of http://www.drewvogel.com/page/2?s=recipe, for example).
I’d like my users to be able to visit the front page (http://www.drewvogel.com) and view previous results to page backward in time on my site…
@vogelap – no, it isn’t what you’re after. Nor was it in response to a question of yours! I was responding to the two folks who originated the topic.
What you’re after sounds like it was part of your theme and/or a plugin. Does K2 still do the page numbers? If you weren’t K2, then check for a page numbering plugin — there are several to chose from.
WP, by itself, has not ever done page numbers to my knowledge.
