Related Content on pages.

Hi,

I am using Related posts by Zemanda, it works great but is able only for posts. For a better navigation i need a way to have related content even on pages, not only on posts. Can somebody suggest my any way that i can do that ? My site contains only videos, and want that my visitors can watch other video suggestion while are watching a video.
