Receiving error with [EMAPPLY]

I know that this email address needs to be set p somewhere., but, it is not in the settings that come with the plugin and everywhere else that WordPress allows me to set up an email address i have done so. I am getting the following error when I use [EMAPPLY]. Please let me know how to set up the recipient address for this plugin.

Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address.
