Login will not accept correct password, ever

    Which local server are you using?

    Which password will it not accept and when … the admin pwd during install or after install when trying to login to the dashboard?

    Have you tried a “fresh” fresh download? … a restart of your local server?

    i’m using xampp for windows.

    it doesn’t take the password after the install. It’s odd though because i’ve got other installs on the same server which are upgraded and they seem to be fine.

    Restarting the server doesn’t fix anything, but I haven’t tried just re-downloading everything. I’ll try that.

    Don’t know what the deal was but I downloaded it again and it works fine now.
