Not sending

I don’t understand all these 5 star ratings, when clearly others are finding that this plugin just doesn’t do what it says it does. I.E send messages. Just take a look at the ‘Support’ tab.
It looks nice, is easy to use and that’s it.
From the front end, it all appears to work and confirmation message is shown, but no emails are being sent, I have tried with 2 different email addresses and none are receiving. Waste of time downloading. You would be quicker creating a form in dreamweaver yourself.
