Target _blank no longer working

    4 months ago zicocarioca reported that target _blank was not working but then began working again.
    the issue was marked resolved with no further explanation

    I am using WP 3.5.2 and Links Manager 0.1-beta
    I believe that Target _blank was working after I first installed the plugin but now links are opening in the existing tab.
