• I am building an xml file for uploading to my blog that will post the content base on the date time in the xml file and set to future date posting…

    Question1: are the times below on the 24 hour clock or 12 hour.
    IF 24 hour time that would be 0340 am…. or is the am pm supposed to be there and its not..
    In this case the gmt and post time is same since gmt and time is in area where gmt matches the time so that is not a problem.. I understand the times will be different in most locations..

    Also I see this toward the top of the section…
    Question: What is the +0000 down there.. is that where the gmt difference would be?
