    the plugin is working nicely.

    it would be nice to have a priority level in de backend. so staff can prior calls as needed.

    also it would be nice to have a seperate tab in the backend showing the department per call.

    so it shows the ticket and next to it the department, next to that the priority before the status,user and last reply.

    that would make this plugin stand out to others like wats.
