Non responsive website looks strange on iphone

Hello everybody!

I’m in the final stage of a new website.
In the laptop webbrowser everything looks fine, but when I look at my website on a iphone/ipad then something is not well.

It’s a child-theme from eclipse. Inside the theme I can decide whether it’s responsive or not – I don’t want it responsive, just scaled down for all devices.

The problems are the blue “lines” on top and footer (behind header logo and nav). They should not stop in the middle of the content.

I tried for many days to resolve the problem – even with firebug, but somehow I’m not able to find out how to adjust that.

Does someone has an idea?
