Same question more or less. Wondering what you recommend for remarketing/doubleclick support.
I think I found a temporary solution to this.
In the Google Analytics for WordPress settings page, check the “Host ga.js locally” option and provide this URL in the text field: http://stats.g.doubleclick.net/dc.js
Google Analytics seems to validate this method.
Thanks @ideric for your solution. Unhappy, it does´nt work correctly. The GA code changed, but not 100% correct.
At the end of the “doubleclick”-line are now two “;” (semicolon).
ga.src = 'http://stats.g.doubleclick.net/dc.js';;
Why? Google Analytics show me an warning in the remarketing list section, that the GA-Code is not correct. It thems to be a reason of the double semicolon at the end of the line?!
Any new solutions, please?
