After update to 3.6, cant switch from visual editor to text

I’ve just updated one site I have in development to WP 3.6. All went smooth but what I’ve noticed is that on all the pages the editor switched to visual even though it was on text before. Next I’ve tried to change it back to text but whenever I hit update it will switch back to visual!

Also, in chrome now it seems that it doesn’t load all the CSS for the visual editor the first time you load that specific page. Once I hit a refresh it loads properly!

Anybody else encountered any similar issues with 3.6?
