I’ve been testing Page Builder with the latest version of WordPress during development. Just took another look and everything seems to be working for me.
Just one suggestion, check if you’re getting any JS errors. This version of WordPress is using a different version of jQuery. This might cause some plugins to give errors. Even though the error might be coming from another plugin, it can still kill the Javascript in Page Builder and cause it to not save.
Or you could try deactivating your plugins one by one and see if deactivating any of them fixes the issue.
I’ll have to try that advice out later because I’m in a bit of a hurry with this project. I’ve downgraded WordPress back to 3.5.2, and it began working again.
I too just upgraded to 3.6. As soon as the upgrade was complete, the slides disappeared from my home page, making it almost blank. A few other strange glitches happened too. I think I will take your advice and downgrade back to 3.5.2 because I dont have the time nor the technical ability to chase this problem around.

this is the one where the slide images disappeared from the home page, after I downloaded v3.6 and entered WP admin to edit copy. I did no edits, because the Dashboard looked completely different, and the window showing text & photos in the Edit Portfolio Project displayed code instead of photos. This perplexed me, so I went to “Home” page and discovered the slide images were gone.
Here is the other website, still on the old WP version, as I have not entered this site’s “Admin” yet to make any changes. Its slide images are visible on its Home page:
