• This plugin gets all kinds of rave reviews but over the past couple of years every time I have tried to use the plugin it completely crashes my site. Maybe not right after I install, but after an wordpress update, a plugin update, a different plugin install BOOM! 404s. I understand you can’t write code that will not conflict with every plugin, but I have had enough and actually decided to give feedback for once. Hundreds love this plugin and if you can get use out of it great, but from now on I’m going to pass.

    Thank you and good luck

  • Hey, it’s a good probability that you’d have to empty the cache. When you change anything, the cached files are going to have to be updated. New plugins, new pages, new WordPress version, these could all require a cache refresh.

That would explain why you’re getting 404s and the like.

@donaldmc79, I don’t know your real name so I can’t determine if you’ve ever submitted a bug submission form. I’d love to know what the specific issues were in each case so that the software can be improved. There are millions if not billions of ways that things can go wrong (from a software engineering perspective), and having the opportunity to review what has gone wrong is the only way to ensure a brighter future in this community. Please consider allowing me to test a staging / sandbox environment.
