Hi
You asked me this question about 6 months ago, and I never got back to you – apologies for that…
I’ll take another look, the issue if I remember was related to how the order page worked. I know that there has been a number of improvements with the later version of WooCommerce.
I will probably incorporate it into a Pro version of this plugin…
regards
Steve
Hi Steve,
Thanks for replying so promptly.
When we create an order through the admin page, we enter all the details, calc totals etc and then save it. What we’d like is your sagepay plugin to be on the right hand column of the order admin page and we can enter the card type, card holders name, card number, start date, expiry date and security code then press save and process (saves the order and send the moto request for payment to sagepay) if successful it says payment received successfully or what the error is. It also needs to provide the same transaction details in the panel in the center column as your ecommerce payment does.
We sometime take two payments, so this needs to be catered for as well.
Let me know what you think please.
Kind regards
Guy

Hi Guy
I’ve attached a link to a screenshot based on the way I perceive it to work. href=”http://devicesoftware.com/sagepay-direct-pro-for-woocommerce/. I’m not too keen on building it into the Order Totals panel if I can help it, would make it less flexible with WooCommerce upgrades etc.
NB This is currently a mock-up

Steve
Dear Steve,
That would be fine or a new panel on the right would do too, which could be put just below calc totals (seems to make a logical workflow). Can you make it save the order before getting the payment too?
Kind regards

Hi
I agree a payment pane after totals would make more sense. The way you create WordPress meta boxes, you are restricted with the positions – I can work on that, I have a few ideas on modifying the user meta for shop_order meta boxes.
No need to respond, this is more an update…

Dear Steve,
One other problem for us which you may be able to address is that when we enter offline orders we can’t create a Customer (New User) when we enter the order. We’d like to enter the customer name and address and then press a button to create a New User (with the role of Customer) within the New Order page. Any ideas?
The current way of creating a new user is just too clunky for off-line orders in Woocommerce/WP.
Thanks

Hi
I noticed this when I was adding the payment gateway and thought you probably didn’t want to have everyone as ‘guest’. Adding a new user should be straight forward, the issue it how to implement it into WooCommerce.
Do you have a test site and an email, so I can send over what I’ve done so far? It still needs a far amount of work but should give you an idea.
regards
Steve
Hi Steve,
We do have a test site and my email is sales at whitecloud.co.uk
Many thanks
