How do you change the bullet color?

Hello, on my site, I’m not going to say what it is because I don’t want to get banned for spamming but I have orange bullets on the left of the page. Under categories and like “AL East” and “Arbitration” etc etc you’ll see the orange bullets to the left of each name. I “am” using limau-orange style but I’d like to change the bullet color to red. Also, on the top of the page, the search is also orange. Anyway how would I change that color as well? Thank you.
