best way to manage ads?

what is the best software out there for managing ads?

i have tried project wonderful for example and was not pleased because i could not define the image size myself.

Is openads worth installing and implementing if im only managing a small number of ads?

I would really like a system that could handle payment, ad expiration, rotation, and client results.

WP Text Ads is great but no images 🙁
