Plenty JS errors in fresh install with the latest WP RU

[blocked] The page at https://vizantiia.ukrasite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gantry-theme-settings ran insecure content from http://vizantiia.ukrasite.com/wp-content/plugins/gantry/js/mootools.js?ver=3.5.2.
I’m running the website under HTTPS. May it be a bug?
