Plugin javascript not working

I made a gallery, put it in a page, and when I previewed the page it looked fine. However when I look at the published version of the page, the gallery is completely distorted.

After having a look at what was happening, I realized that the three javascript files included in the plugin weren’t running when the gallery was published. Does anyone know what I can do to make them work?
