Settings and metadata retention no longer work

When I try to run settings it just goes to the “whoops, can’t find this” page.

Seems to not be keeping metadata for resized images any more. Tried deleting and reinstalling. No luck.

(I know this is an old plug-in, but it was the only thing that was keeping the metadata on my resized images.)
