EMails Not Sending

    Hmmm… I use the plugin on a couple different multi-site setups and they work fine, it sounds like there is an issue with the system email function. Do you have any other forms on your survey page?

    If not, to see if another plugin or your theme is causing an issue, try reverting to the default WordPress theme, then disable plugins one by one until the survey works.

    Trying to get the emails sent to liberty@embarqmail.com which is the church email but not successful. Can you please assist.

    I too cannot get the e-mail portion of the plug-in to work. All other aspects are working. I have removed all other plug-ins, checked my spam, and do not receive the e-mails. I am new to word press and there may be something I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
