center line under nav bar?

    I have been trying to figure this out for 3 days so far – how do i center the grey line (its actually inserted as an image) under the navigation bar on my site?

    I would also like to center the hover links – when someone hovers over “browse rooms” or “contact”, the links to the pages are pushed to the left side instead of being centered.

    Anyone know?
