Theme editor deletes file content

    Was getting 500 errors so re-installed WordPress. Now whenever I edit a file in the theme editor and click “update file”, the page refreshes and completely wipes out the content. Tested in my custom theme and also the twenty eleven theme.

    Editing the file in Coda, it appears to successfully upload, but if I disconnect to the server and reconnect, the file is completely empty.

    What’s going on here???
