Changing date style

    Hi,

    Can someone help me as I need to change the date input and output of date function so that it is displayed in a UK style – DD-MM-YYYY instead of American MM-DD-YYYY style?

    If both could be changed that would be amazing however if it was simply just changing the output email style that would be great!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
