poll or survey plugin

    Hello

    I have browsed through the list of polling and survey plugins available for wordpress. I am running the latest version, fwiw.

    I would like to have a survey plugin that lets users add a value to the poll. In this particular case, they add a restaurant name that they think is the best. And that restaurant then becomes part of the survey. Is there a poll or survey plugin that allows this type of user input?

    I looked at Lester Chan’s plugin and it looks really slick, but I can’t see where it allows users to add items to the poll.

    I am not a programmer and couldn’t begin to try to cobble some php together to make this work. Any pointers would be great.
