How to change size of images?

My images are shown very small (http://senseforbrands.com.greenhost.nl/test/). I set the max width to 500 and height to 375. With resizing set to Yes, the height becomes 345px.
What might be wrong with my setting?http://wordpress.org/plugins/slideshow-jquery-image-gallery/
