No overlay pop up after 1.5.1

I just updated to 1.5.1 and my images and CF7 overlay broke. I thought that maybe there was an issue with 1.5.1 do I reinstalled 1.5.0 but it didnt fix. Here is the code I have for my Contact Form link:
