Ok, so yesterday I upgraded my WordPress from version 1.51 to 1.52. BIG mistake. I find out that all my hand created pages which used dynamic inclusion suddenly didn’t function. There was an error which claimed that a certain file didn’t exist. Before upgrading, the nonexistence of that file hadn’t been an issue. So I created the file, just for kicks, and the dynamic inclusion still didn’t work. So what I did was I basically “downgraded” WordPress again, and reuploaded all the files that were there before. Hopefully that won’t come back to haunt me.

Oh geez… come to find out, it is actually an issue still. (i.e. http://www.shardsofself.com/art.php?page=cg19) Can someone please enlighten me about how I could properly use dynamic inclusion with WordPress so I won’t have to add a HEADER and FOOTER tag to every single page? I’d really prefer to avoid usage of the “page” function in WordPress, as the fact that it offsets post IDs annoys the hell out of me. Thanks a bunch.
