Number of users affecting WYSIWYG editor in admin

    We are building a community site for a client. They have a large number of users (over 400,000).

    We are importing the users from their existing site.

    We get 244,583 users in the DB and if import even 1 more user the WYSIWYG editor in the admin for Posts and Pages disappears.

    If we delete the user so we have 244,583 users the WYSIWYG editor shows back up.

    Ideas?
